AWIS2017 - Celebrating Women in Science

AWIS 2017 – Celebrating Women in Science will provide opportunities for women working in any field of science to develop their skills to benefit both their careers and personal lives, and provide opportunities for them to learn from and network with other women working in science.

It is our hope that the programme we have developed will appeal to all women with an interest in science, including research scientists, administrators, businesswomen and science educators. We also intend to make the conference accessible and of interest to young women nearing the end of their secondary or tertiary studies, raising the profile of science as a rewarding career option.
